Password recovery

Your school email identifies your student account. Your InquiryForge password is separate from your school email password.

Forgot your password?

Request a reset link using your school username. The link goes to the school email connected to your account and is sent from your teacher’s school Gmail address.

You do not need to add or verify a personal email to use school-email recovery. You must have an activated account that matches your teacher’s approved school records.

Check your school inbox

Check your inbox and spam folder. The reset link is private, valid for 12 hours, and can be used once. Your password changes only after you use the link.

If no message arrives, wait at least one minute before requesting another link. Ask your teacher for help if you cannot receive school email or your account needs review.

Resetting your password keeps your lessons, saved work, and grades.
